Esmond Tong (Chief Revenue Officer)
Esmond has more than 32 years of IT experience, with 28 years’ experience in Security and IT innovation related business.
He is a pioneer for security in the Hong Kong IT community, and has assisted the HK govt back in 1994 for the first Internet security gateway and related internet services setup. He is also the technical leader for the building of the HK government and banking PKI infrastructure in 1998.
He has led the Oracle Asia Pacific Security Business from 2008 to 2017 and was responsible for the Cloud and Innovation business from 2017-2019. He also led the Oracle SaaS business in China from 2019 to 2021.
With his knowledge and expertise, Fálaina is excited to have him onboard to lead our Sales Team. He is optimistic that Fálaina will be able to reach new heights of growth, and expand to a global market, under his sales leadership.
Deepak Sharma (Chief Operating Officer)
Deepak is a seasoned software industry executive respected for his strategic approach and operational expertise across global enterprises. He has over 25 years’ experience working in the technology industry with a proven track record of building profitable businesses from ground zero.
Most recently, Deepak was the Chief Revenue Officer at Simple2Trade, a Singapore based global FinTech. He continues to be on the Board of Simple2Trade.
Prior to that, Deepak held a senior sales leadership role at ForgeRock, a digital identity leader in Identity and Access Management solutions, and held various senior positions at CA Technologies (formerly, Computer Associates Inc.).
